thinking of having this done as a chest piece. i don’t know how bad it’s going to hurt nor how much, but it’ll be worth it.

Looks cool –
do all the color and shading before you start the tattoo.
ALWAYS get a good solid COMPLETE reference piece before you begin the tattoo!

thanks roger and canvas, i believe this tat is going to be done by a pro. showed the idea to my girlfriend and she was amazed at detail and that i’m breaking my big rule of tattooing someones name on me.

color wise, what should i go with? i was think realistic as possiable, the heart a bloody redish maroonish color and banner a parchment faded yellow or something.
