      I’m starting tattooing on myself and my girl and wanted some suggetions or tips for tattooing (needle depth) I’m trying to do it the right way with a apprentiship but its to get someone to apprentice you

      when i first started off, if the ink didnt stay i went deeper, thinking that was what i was doing wrong. DONT DO THAT!! make sure when lining u adjust your hand speed, dont stay in one spot too long, dont move too fast and scratch the needle across the skin, hence the “scratcher” tag. also, angle of penetration is very important. 45 degree angle, and “push” the ink under the skin. Let the needle do the work, try to stay surfacey at first, i would rather have a faded tattoo bc i didnt go deep enough rather than oatmeal bc i thought i wasnt deep enough.

      As tattoo will pain, but it is necessary to be calm while tattoo at our body.
