hello

So I joined this forum, being relatively new to the tattoo scene, to exchange ideas with professional artist who can lend advice as well as other newbies trying to make it in this competitive profession. I have done my own work with homemade equipment in high school, but got away from it due to lack of experience and fear of messing myself or others up for life. I have real equipment now, but I’ve had it for months without ever using it. I want to get an apprenticeship and learn the trade right, but until them I would like to at least get the basics down and practice a little bit. I will post some I’d my art as soon as possible for constructive criticism anyone can share with me. I look forward to discussing the craft with others, and hearing what the rest of this community is up to. Any advice for a beginner, to get me off to a good start?
