generally, it’s a bad idea to tattoo on imperfections like burns, scars, skin issues, ect.
but some tattoo artists with LOTS of experience can do it.
that’s not me, i’ld stay away.

You shouldn’t tattoo over any type of skin abnormality. Unless you are a part time tattoo artist/full time doctor, or some combination of the two. If those “bubbles” are the result of an infection, not only could you spread it all over your clients body, but also all over yours, and anyone else you tattoo or come in contact with.

i agree – hind sight is 20/20 – it looked ok at 1st glance – i even drew it on there – i avoided the bubbles with my design – but when i hit it – it enflamed that little section – i guess i got to close to them when i should of stayed FAR away – just avoid that 1 little section – but no harm no foul – he said it went down already and i learned a lil somethin somethin……. :ugeek:
