  yes, i have seen it and it looks to be that cheap stuff you only get in the kits.. i had a friend just tell me something that made scene when i asked about scream ink. We shouldn’t cut corners on ink because that is what gives our artwork its definitive glow, it’s what makes the client come back time after time. So, pay a few dollars extra half oz at a time if need to and it will be worth it in the long run.. Hope this helps!!
