Luo's tattoo machines

Hi all

I’m new here. I just ordered myself a couple of Luo’s cast iron machines.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the brand, and what they think of them.

I didn’t wanna spend too much, since I want to experiment with taking apart and reassembling machines first, before investing in some pricey stuff. Also only going to be tattooing fruit and pig skin first, before I go near people, so I thought this makes better sense.

I’m South African, by the way, so if there are any folks from Durban or Bloem on here, who would be willing to share some knowledge face to face, I’d appreciate it.
