Round liner groupings are not the only groupings that are required
for tattooing outlines. It is possible to outline a tattoo
with the use of magnum needles. There are professional artists
that will complete entire tattoos with only a magnum needle.
Remember that the needle has many angles and aspects. If you
hold a magnum needle on its side or corner you will get a very
different effect that you would if you were to put it perpendicular
to the skin as in normal usage.
