My friend E has very kindly donated her entire body to me to cover in a traditional Japanese bodysuit, and yesterday, we finally got round to getting started :) Another friend, had tattooed this heart key and Dad on her leg, and as we didn’t want to totally cover it out of respect for the other friend, we decided to do the lotus ‘behind’ the key, so it can all eventually blend in with the overall Japanese plan :) First up is the guideline I freehanded on, then the beginnings of the outline :) I’m going to thicken the outlines when we do the shading, but this was a great start to our working relationship, as while I was working on her, she fell asleep several times :D
