These pictures….I cant ever really shit in them!!!! anyway, judging from the “picture” it looks nice and neat, clean! I like the varied line weights, good choice, color saturation and gradiation looks good as well. Again, I can only tell you what i can see in these small ass pictures but overall i think you did well!

I read the READ THIS thread and thought I’d give some info.
Machines: Were chinese made originally, valsturd from Hildbrandt, but I rebuilt everything but the frames with coils and parts from Baltimore Street Irons in Hanover PA. I like American parts LOL
Ink used: One for black, Love it! Intenze for color
Needles used: 3rl bugpin for outline, 5rs to fill in the black, 3 liner was to small to fill in, 9 m curved for color
I have to go over it and add more color to the tatt. Wife had cellulitus on this leg a few months back and just touching it hurt her. I told her to get it on her other one but she refused LOL So needless to say she cried in pain till it was finished. Hence having to go back and finish an easy piece LOL
Took about an hour and a half, would have been sooner but wife was hurtin. -

I was curious about the Valsturds..good info. that i could outfit them with Baltimore Irons parts though..I may investigate that with my currently Hildy machines( not the vlasturds). I would have chosen the same needle groups as you did…I like that selection. Intenze inks i havent used, I will definately be investing in some in the future. I have used Scream inks, and although some may not like them I had good results. Matter of fact I have a nautical star on the back of my are thats black and red, all done with Scream ink….no problems at all, my guy that did it said they were nice, he’s been tattooing for 32yrs.
thanks for that great info…by the way, Ive never been able to enlarge a picture by clicking on it…must be someting with my settings??? :?
