‘Contact us’ Section?

Sorry if there is one and I simply cant find it, But is there a ‘contact us’ section on the main site?
I simply ask because I need to check where my book has gotten too. I know it was Christmas mail speed but I ordered it the first week of Dec and its still not here? It this normal speed for shipping from this site?
