      Hi there, I noticed that some tattoo artists like to mix their grey wash with alcohol, when some others use distilled water. Are there any differences between both , like consistency or better healing ..?

      I think it is just an art pref. for tattooing and blending your pigments.
      I prefer witch hazel for washes now.

      So you would just add witch hazel to (example) 1 drop of ink to make your wash?

      Why in particular do you prefer the witch hazel?
