Looking for Apprenticeship TEXAS

Call me Chaz, or Chazril.
I’m 19 but I’ve wanted to tattoo since I first saw it done when I was 15.
I have one piece of a large flower memorial started on myself, but I already know I wont be getting anything that shows outside a bathing suit.

I recently acquired my own tattoo machine and wont to learn immediately. I promised myself I wouldn’t start tattooing anyone till I had better knowledge.

I live 40 miles(ish) North of Houston, Texas. I really REALLY need help learning.
I need all basic info or maybe a place I could go.
I’m also a single soon to be mother(pregnant and due July 11) I babysit my niece all day Monday thru Friday as well.

i can’t imagine a tattooer with no tattoos showing. ever heard “don’t trust a skinny chef”?
most tattooers learn a lot by getting tattooed. i’ld start there.
the only thing you should use that machine for in the mean time is to draw with it. i mean attach it to a pencil and draw until your fingers bleed. it will build hand strength. good luck.
