3 months ago? in a studio? or at home – do you have a copy of the book Basic Fundamentals of Modern Tattoo? Lost of sanitation stuff in there for newbie – make sure you are using disposable tubes / tips ect.. get an apprenticeship if you have not already.

disposable is the only thing i use. People feel more secure when their tattoo artist uses nothing but disposables. I know it could also get a little bit expensive but i feel better about it. I got my license for bloodborne and pathogens so far. I’m all over the place,I don’t tatt at home. I make house calls that are suprvised and tatt at my friends shop. I got very lucky and made friends at a shop down here. You don’t need an apprentiship down here, just a tattoo studio to get your licence from the health department. no i don’t have a copy the book. i have alot to learn, trust me i hear it all the time. Not only i want to be a master at the art but a master of disipline when it comes to sanitation.
