no its not blowned out is the old tattoo under i redonne it a month later and i went larger to hide all the tattoo under…if i can figure out how to post more than one pic lol will show ya

Im a novice and i really think you need to get a mentor!!! asap…or buy some fake skin…i dont know where you live but i have 300 practice skins i could sale some to you fome 1$ each plus shipping …..to help ya out
