a while back when i was much more a dumbass than i am now, i did a small shitty tat on my inner forearm. to keep the skin tight i basically just put my arm between my knees, squeezed like hell and tried to pull my arm up. i was wearing shorts so the skin to skin contact and my leg strength was more or less enough to get it done.
