@batman-pasta Message: I have a problem recently that I did not find an answer to: lately my machine stop working temporarily. especially while I am tuning and bogging down. I need to flick it so that it would work again but then it can get choppy. As far as I know it only happen in the beginning so the momentum probably helps. the gap between the Bar and contact is pretty small (liner) the back spring pressure is between 4.7-5. It’s not a circuit and it sounds good so what is the problem?

Answer – Can you send a photo of the machine? with arrows pointing to the issues you think you are having? Sounds like weak coils – or improperly aligned spring to coil setup, but difficult to tell form the description that you actually gave!
