I also switched to 1″ grips and found that, along with hand stretches and trying to loosen my grip a bit, cured that issue. Relaxing was a big part of most of my issues tattooing.

We started this a couple of years ago, and did it in about 4 sittings. I had a lot of fun with it for sure. He wants to add more now, and we are trying to come up with some good ideas that will continue to flow with it. Any suggestions? The best part about this piece, is that he is not only a good friend, but my mechanic as well. Ha! :D

Thankyou. I dont take it as harsh at all. I need as much advice as I can get. I must start with though, that the superman and some of the other work is not mine, and that I am trying to fill in his arm and lose some of the old stuff. I do love the Japanese style of tattooing and would love to do more. The shade variations on him is difficult in some areas. He was once a heavy person, and lost a lot of weight. Which seems to make it difficult to penetrate the skin in some areas. But I do know that I need quite a biit of practice in these areas as well. Thank you again.
