I have only done the basics to it so far , it is part of a sleeve and the contrast will be added after the surrounding subject matter is added to blend it in. not to mention the guy is light skinned black with rather dry skin here in the picture. I have more coming soon

I use a 3M thermofax machine and it is well worth it so you don’t have to make stencils by hand and then if it gets messed up then you would have to do it all over again

single stack is set up like a flat but yes I guess you could call it woven as well , I know I started off with 6 and 4 flats when I started and ended up going to 8,9 and 14 round shaders until Mags came along then I went to them and find I use different groupings for different pieces.

if an ammy uses a large mag it can make a more destructive hole than a pro. use a curved 7 mag or up to an 11 double stack to grab a smooth out but until you know what ou are doing stay away from the single stack mags

Prizm is amature ink. I use Star Brite and some times Fantasia now known as Eternal Ink but they are a water based ink however it more how YOU apply it and some people HAMMER the crap out of colors like red and green as it is hard to see when applied to the skin. I use Tattooicide , Hepiquat ( quatricide ammonia ) , Waveicide and Germicidal wipes for hard surface like my machines and bottles.
