just my 2 cents, alot of times the cutting in and out is a short in the jack on the clip cord. the jack constantly is wiggling and turning so it opens up alot of room for error internally. try a good quality clip cord and see if this still happens.

good clean b&g work. If i may make a suggestion though, when you do bigger tattoos, it may be benificial for you to go ahead and cleanup the ones around your work, free of charge (small names and such) because crappy tattoos right next to good tattoos will marr the appearance your work

speed comes with time and proper machine tuning. like i said before i use 2 national flyweights and they zing ink into the skin like you wouldnt beleive

be very conservative with white use. Its never gonna look right in big areas. Always use it in highlighing and blending out colors. Trust me even if you got a big solid area of white to stay, one summer in the sun and it turns yelloow

ive always used the analogy that practice skin is like pouring gas on styrofoam, its just how it acts. It lacks the elasticity of real skin and rigidness. Its basically meant to build confidence and help with practice, not actually look or behave like a real tattoo. Hope this helps

as far as practice skin goes, there is 2 types. Moms ink it, sucks, overpriced, does not tattoo anything like real skin. The 2nd is the cheap chinese crap on ebay. yeah they are typically removable. Its all relative to the size of your hand and what you are comfortable with

push if your a beginner. pull sideways whatever. you can sculpt the lines by learning to manipulate your angle and draw. But for a beginner i would just push all of your lines to make them crisp

no, far from it. I did my legs and arms with varying success lol. like i said, it didnt hurt at all it just drove me crazy from going crosseyed. i wish i could see my chest better i would cover it..
