Hahhaha now the feeling, my first tattoo on my self was on my lowerleg. Took 2 hours, my neck, my back, my leg, everything was sore and aching. Had a stiff neck for a week or so.
That just shows, the body needs its breaks ;)

But still, its a good peice, I know its not easy tattooing one self. ;)

Faces are tough, especially when they are in those seizes. One little wring line, and you have a cartoon.
But a pinup, old school, is more or less cartoony.
Just dont overdue the facial lines, as In famous said, it looks like a caricature ;)
But the body is great :D

Giving texture is fun, but difficult at first. You have to really know your machine, what angel, hand speed and so on. I would say, start out shading some minor tattoos, this gives you the feeling of how to shade.
Texture is a bit like shading, altough texture needs that extra attension. And that extra volume.
