If you want to know the future, look back to the very beginning. :ugeek:
Just wanted to show you people, my very first tattoo, done on practise skin. Just bring all you got on it.
When first I got contacted by my mentor way back when. I imagined that, well we should just talk about the tattoo world, what was what and so on, the first day I…[Read more] -

In my humble opinion, Yes, I think you can have a home studio. Nothing wrong with that. As long as you keep it a “studio”, and only use it for tattoos.
One of the real benefits is that your are very close to your family. And if you have to work long late hours on a piece, you wouldn’t feel like you were at work all the time.
But that’s just in my…[Read more] -

Looking forwards on seeing your next piece. :)
For the washing of the ink, try add a little witch hazel. Works wonders on the redness and swellinesnes. (You know what I mean)

Welcome to the forum. :)
I would say your questions have been answered.
A little thing on a tattoo kit, yes you can get a good kit, but in time you really should replace everything with better stuff. And the old saying; you get what you pay for! Really goes here.
Well okey, you can get your hands on a knock of machine, you think is the real deal. ;)

Yeah, I have been to a few shops, with a more… characteristic feel to it. You’ve been greeted by a big hairy dog. And the guy behind the counter, when he talks to you, sounds like hes too lazy to even take a dump.
When I had my first tattoo, it was at a studio, were the tattooist, looked at me, like I was some low class trailer trash scum. He…[Read more]

Were did you buy that ink?
Honestly, I think you’ve been hagged.A tattoo just a week old, or even 6 weeks old, shouldnt faded like this.
Only reason I can think of is;
Fake ink or your friend there, took way to many swims in chlorine swimming pools. And I mean, he placed himself in a…[Read more] -

Wanna know the worst part of it?
5 years ago, she was the only tattooist in my home city. (unless you count Blowout Kurt in it) She has been tattooing for 20 years. She is a member of the Danish Tattoo Lauge (which is a sort of union for the Danish tattooist) And this Lauge claims, that; if a tattooist, isn’t part of the “union”, then the free…[Read more] -

Okey…. Ball busting time ;)
First up, cant see you have balls to bust… Kidding ;)
These are actually not that bad, for first timers. I’ve seen people do a lot worse then you, believe me. And I’m not just trying to be nice. If it were that bad, I would tell you, since, that’s how you will learn.

And good portrait.
But the eyes are a bit, hmm left wanting something, its like the eyes on the lower part is faded into the skin.
But a thumbs up for the lips, the first mistake people do, when doing a portrait, is line the lips, giving them a cartoony look. But I cant fully judge, if I havent seen the original picture you…[Read more]
