Which power supply do you have? Is it fully digital? What Volts are you running it at? What Hz is it running at? Duty %? Have you tuned it properly? Are you using proper technique? Does your machine have the proper parts on it? Does it pack enough of a punch? Do you have pictures of the colour work you’ve done, and the machine, and power supply?

I think it is an older style of power supply. Some people still use it. I think Robroy uses one like that. I have no idea how they work, or where you can get the proper equipment to work with it.

I havent tried that particular one. But I have seen the design of the Primus Rotary, and that is the exact same picture they have on their webpage.
Though the pricing for a real Primus is around 500$ so I would almost garantee that you dont get what is shown.
