hands are not very common – so you should have some experience under your belt before you try to…[Read more] -

Best not to start w/ a kit – best to start with an apprenticeship – when artists in a studio think he is ready they will help him get real tools. The best gift you can give him is walking door to door to every tattoo studio – and get him an interview!

imported_canvasyou replied to the topic Grip size? in the forum My Machine Hates Me! 12 years, 8 months ago
Check out Basic Fundamentals of Modern Tattoo.
You will notice that the tattoo tube is typically the same – the grips actually wrap around the tattoo tube.
Tattoo grips are not typically specific to tattoo machines – but they attach to the tubes.
Best of luck! -

I recently purchased a pulse linear power supply, and I gotta say it’s amazing. There’s no digital read out on it but I actually prefer this. It helped me get aquainted with the feel of a properly running machine, as opposed to just looking at numbers and assuming its.right. I used to own a much lower quality supply and realized…

Why stop there? You can get a 12volt car battery and a rotary motor, attach some guitar string – bust open a bic pen and you are in business… Why even tattoo at home. you could get a cardboard box?
