Speaking of time machines has anybody seen these? They look so awesome, but I know its probably just a crappy chinese machine with some spare parts soldered to it.

I’m really tempted to get one, just to have it. But I have a feeling it is incredibly over-priced.

The fish looks good, and yeah I’d say your water looks more like fire in this pic. Interesting but I don’t think you meant to do it that way

I have a hard time getting this one finished. For one, my wife already has a pretty low pain tolerance and for two it being on the side doesn’t help that much lol right now the bird outlines are done, the top half of the feather is finished, the script is done, but the bottom half of the feather and the bird shading is still not done

I’ve never used anything other than a plain number 2 pencil. Maybe it is time

Its going to be his first and he is 18. And I think it would look better as a chest piece anyway

I can see that, luckily I haven’t had anybody who wanted one on the neck yet. I did have somebody who wanted to get one on the back of the hand but I advised them against it. Haven’t done that one yet, I think the client is still undecided

Yup me too exactly lol I am 22 now and only a few months into the tattoo world. I think I started when I was still 21? Maybe… Yeah definitely lol. Had to think about it

It’s definitely something I’ll have to obliterate from my artwork. Its really hard when you’ve been drawing one way since you were a child lol and you learn that is way way easier to make a good line if it is scratched but its the exact opposite in the tattoo world. :shock:

#2 Pencil and Rubbing the paper with my finger to spread the shade out

It depends on if you are shading or if you are looking for the color gray.

Use white for the color, use witch hazel (or medical water if thats what you’ve been using and it works for you) for shading

Well, I know what you guys look like in my head if that counts for anything.

And most likely, the more cover ups you do, the more cover ups you will have coming in. Words out your good at cover ups lol

I was a bit yeah, I don’t know why. I think it was just that there were a lot of them and I was getting tired of doing it. Also, most of them are just with black sharpie and nothing else, and another their kind of supposed to look handwritten so its not really a big deal on those lol
