Well, to be fair “free-handed” usually isn’t completely free-handed it usually starts with the artist drawing with sharpie directly on the skin and then tattooing it.

Is yours completely free-handed, I wonder?

See I wouldn’t mind if my wife got a bunch of tattoos because I think a tattooed lady is just plain HOT lol. I still wouldn’t want her to get covered in them but if she sleeved out an arm or something I’d be pretty okay with that. Won’t happen though, she’s going to be a teacher

Currently I just have one, growing, tattoo. I do have plans for another, but I am waiting to build my portfolio up until I feel it is impressive enough to take in with me. Then the tattoo will be like a reward and hopefully a marker of my journey into apprenticeship. Its going to be a compass on my inner left bicep.

Oh, I like that idea too. With a simple red x marking each adventure. Kind of an old fashioned style.

Good point, I am so used to doing it that way, it sometimes slips my mind. I’ll work on it, I realized I was doing it off and on when I was doing these too, some places look a lot smoother than others.

I would have to guess that one of your wires coming off the coil is touching the frame causing it to short. Or you might have them backwards so its not grounded or something

Canada, import just means it came from another country. Doesn’t necessarily mean overseas, a simple border jump counts as an import to

Okay then, on the anklet one it looks pretty good. And it might just be the angle but it doesn’t really look like its hanging in a natural way.

I like the minimalisticness of the butterfly, but since it is flash I’m just going to say the tattoo looks like it was executed quite well, maybe could be a bit darker.

I would do it as a ginormous back-piece, but it would look good much smaller as a sleeve as well. Or even a chest piece, but if I remember correctly your bro already has a heart on his chest?
