It was actually off of a guide I chose where there was a plant behind the fish, and while I was drawing it I was thinking it looked more like seaweed. LOL – Oh well. Next time.

Here is a fish I quickly did this morning. Next time I will change the water ….not happy with it – but it was fun nonetheless. :-)

GETTING a tattoo is an addiction. I don’t have many, but I can’t stop thinking about it. I can’t imagine my obsession when I start making them… oh lord!

I agree with Lenn. That is why I use a selection of pencils. The 2H is a great light pencils to help you “map out” where you need shadows and start the shading process. I love the HB because it is the one I use most for making the outline. I go in darker with 2B-4B where I have definitions and only use 6B if there is a super dark spot that the…[Read more]

After doing so much black and white, I was only too happy to put color in my sketch. ;-)

I started with the black lines and then filled in with color – never erasing a thing …. to see if I could do this…. while making the kids some food. ;-) Chicken.

I like the tattoos you did and the coverup on the rose was well done. It looks clean and finished. You know I’m officially a fan, now. right?

Welcome !! You have a lot on your plate and some determination. I’m a mom of two (going on three) looking to learn, learn, learn as well.

I like the one with the flower (the first one). Sometimes when I see tattoo pics, the lining may be good but the shading is off. I find the shading on this one better. Post some more!
