i like those very much.
Although its a bitch to tattoo them.
You have to be really careful about the angle of your needle, so you dont leave a blur on your lines. -

Get rid of practice skin :D
I hate practice skin.Pig skin is just a tiny bit better, but you will have problems cleaning it for shure. But they are much better to learn how to shade and color.
If i where you, and if you dont want to Tat yourself, i would go for lemons, pig skin to practice shading and coloring, and practice skin to practice lines.
Keep it up, and keep us posted.

The only advise to this is to STAY AWAY FROM CHINESE KITS!!!!! Invest in some good American stuff.
Ok, first, im a newb. So, feel free to bash me ;)
Second, i ear that alot, and that was the main reason i bought from a UK supplier, and im quite happy with my machines….. BUT can you explain why cant i buy from china??
is that an american thing? Are they bad?? does buying from china influence the American debt?Dont take me wrong, please. I just want to find out if its a national thingy, a corporate thingy, or if its just cos chinese machines suck!
Im from Portugal, and i know at least 3 tattoo suppliers here, that import parts from china, possibly machines, and sell them for 300% margin or more.
I’ve tryed a Lauro Paolini and it was very good indeed, but im talking about apprentice, learning curve tattoo machines, are chinese machines that relevant bad?
Thank you in advanced for your help.
EDIT: How about Chinese Ink?? machines are bad, but the Ink is good?? Everyone loves Sumi! Or is a good Sumi made in America?

I like them all, very much.
Love your outlines!I would like to see more of color playing :) more blending, and shadings on those flowers and butterflies, per example.
It helps on giving a POW! on a tattoo that’s already a WOW!Is that lettering yours? i quite like it.
Keep up the good work!

I’m very glad you like them both. I have always painted since i remember, but i never went into the mist of Tattoo drawings. its quite different, and with many styles you can use.
I don’t call myself a tattoo artist yet. i believe that, only after a year doing Tats (good ones, and not so good ones), or doing maybe around 10 in a row really awesome tats, one can call himself Tattoo artist.
So, answering to your question, i’ve been “playing” with tattoos, since November 2012.
Seems that our path into this art form, its quite similar. I also watched/read/questioned everything on the internet, and went straight from there. After a while, you can see whats usable as good info, and whats not.
I have seen your work and i like your detail very much. keep it up!Speaking about detail, and for good sense of art for that matter, i have to say that it pisses me off when the so called “Pros” beat the hell out of what they call “Scratchers”, just because they come from the bullied-payed-with-sweat-apprenticeship-hellrun and now they are in the clear, BUT on the other hand, i truly understand them, and have to agree that there are many guys harmful to the society, health-wise and tattoo-wise.
I wouldn’t do, and never will do a tattoo that i believe that i cant do perfectly and beautifully. Plus, i have all the sterilization equipment necessary to Tat.The industry is here, i know. But, we all must stick together as Tattoo lovers, and fight the power, and the misconception of “if you are not in a tattoo parlor, you are not good”.
Again i say, I’m not a tattoo artist… yet.Thank you again, and sorry if i got carried away ;)

Right you are.
Did a outline on my leg, and nothing beats it.
I can see clearly after wiping, its much easier to follow the lines, easier to take the ink… im addicted lol
