Usually you shouldn’t take alcohol or any meds that will thin your blood at least 24hours before your tattoo, you can also use Vaseline in thin layer to help the bleeding during the session. Otherwise I do not know what kind of health issue you have but it’d be highly suggested to go see your doctor for a medical prescription or advice on how to “thicken” your blood.
