the hand is a pretty controversial place to get a tattoo
if someone is 18 with like no tats and such i wont do them, or neck tattoos, or knuckles.
if they are 18 and are covered in tats already then ill do it
if they have tats or are of a decent age then ill do em. otherwise im not going to ruin someones job opportunities lmao

here in Ontario the only place you need a license is Toronto. Everywhere else you just need to get a paper from the health unit saying you’re up to standards.

it depends on where you get it bru.
Some places have Prewired coils that have caps for like 12$. i think Hildbrant’s coils are prewired I couldbe wrong though.
then there are prewired capacitors. Eikon’s are prewired, but need to be used with their Eikon crown coils.
