their outlining ink actually kind of has a blue undertone i find. i use their outlining ink in my greywashes. I use Intenze Zuper Black for outlining, and black solid fill.
i love Kuro though. they are my go to for shading.

Ramenuzumaki replied to the topic What do you think about these Tattoo Machines and P.S.? in the forum Best Tattoo Machines 11 years, 5 months ago
the ems400 is kind of overrated. the hook ups being in the back is a huge pain in the butt, and because of the digital buttons you cant spam the buttons. it kind of slows things down when trying to make a large adjustment for the voltage, and such.
honestly the only thing it has going for it is it’s new, and looks cool

your art is supremely fantastic!
Remember always keep your original outlines. Then either scan, or trace those outlines and add colour, shading to the new copies. You want to keep a nice clean original outline so you never lose it. You can easily use a trace, or a scan for a stencil :3 -
Ramenuzumaki replied to the topic Question on Soap in the forum Design Ideas / Technique 11 years, 5 months ago
yeah I use CaviCide which is used in the hospitals here to clean blood spills :3
I like to have the soap because it’s antimicrobial, and I add bactine, and witch hazel to it. i also do wet wipes. it’s just easier on the client haha.ive heard a lot of good stuff about the coconut oil but havent actually tried it myself. i just love the results of…[Read more]

Ramenuzumaki replied to the topic Thermal Printers? in the forum Design Ideas / Technique 11 years, 5 months ago

I think it could be a depth or angle issue, or even a technique issue.
the way you test your voltage is you run it really low and slowly increase it until you hear it kind of “kick over”
this is the sound of the A-bar hitting the front coil
then you gently touch the a-bar withy our thumb
if it doesnt bog down at all its too high
if it goes back…[Read more] -
