I think Canvas is the only mod/admin, and he has been really busy with many side projects as of late. Making DVDs, Books, a new website, etc

sometimes the tracking is wrong. i never trust tracking. ive ordered things off amazon that say its still in transit when i really have the package. i trust hildbrant, and have never had an issue :)
ive never ordered a tattoo kit from them so that’s probably why I missed that haha. the only “Tattoo kit” ive ordered is their refill pack -

As someone has stated earlier I simply use whatever I am wiping with
it is a mixture of PurKlenz, distilled water, witch hazel, and bactine.
PurKlenz can be purchased from SOLabs directly, or on the eikon website. Unlike Green Soap it is not an irritant, and also contains vitamin A, E, and is an antimicrobial! :) -

I have ordered from Hildbrant many many times, and not once did I receive a tracking number. You probably need to ask for one. I didnt even know they offered tracking for their packages. I have also never had an issue with customer support, or shipping. I always talk to Richard their operations manager, and he normally bends over backwards for me!…[Read more]

that kit actually comes with some great guns
the reason they are inexpensive is because hildbrant makes the parts, and builds the machines on site, so they can charge significantly less :) -

what’s nice about rotary machines is there isnt any tuning involved
they are basically “plug and play”
however, they are VERY specific with how they run
you need to do a tattoo the proper way or itll turn out terrible

the larger the liner needle the less your hand shaking shows on your lines
so when you use smaller needles when you hand moves slightly it shows a lot more -

Ramenuzumaki replied to the topic Getting back into it. in the forum So Introduce Yourself! 11 years, 7 months ago
that could be a depth issue
you want to just rub the tip of the needle on the skin
let the machine do all the work
then do a whipping motion with your needle
what this will do is pull the needle out and have less depth as you go through your whipping motion causing a gradient
for a sphere youll want to do it sort of with an arc to it to give it…[Read more] -

personally i hate pig skin
your best bet is to put A LOT of ointment on the skin to keep it from splattering
thats one of the biggest problems i found with any time of fake skin
shading techniques are pretty rough but its what i specialize in (B&G, japanese, and traditional)
its all in the wrist, and the technique
youtube helped me out a lot when…[Read more] -

the best thing to do if you’re doing this seriously is make sure you have everything you need
make sure everything is professional
as far as tattooing itself just use practice skin for a while
if you get caught tattooing people you’ll be in REAL trouble
no one will apprentice you until you are 18
and if you do it from home you need a separate…[Read more] -
