Yeah the old stuff just needs to go haha
do your three-point-stretch, and you should be good
the problem is the skin is looser so its hard to get it nice n tight to get the pigment in

it looks alright but I can see a few things that are bothering me
the first thing i notice is your hannya looks too new school to match the rest of the design. japanese is my specialty, so when people make it new school it kinda irks me

the shades are nice, black is solid, and lines are pretty clean!

try also try less of a throw. you will want to perform a whipping motion for shading and BARELY touch the skin :)

I never liked the practice skin myself. one thing you can try doing taping/strapping the practice skin to an arm or something and practice that way

you can also try pig skin, or honeydew melons. honeydews are the fruit that is closes to resembling human skin :)

just dont go cheap
you legit get what you pay for
do some research. the angel and such are VERY important when doing a tattoo. feel free to ask questions and such on the forums, buy the TMTT book from the site, and remember youtube is your friend :P

may want to give oyur liner a tune, and maybe turn it down a notch. it looks like its biting a bit.
work on your lines on some practice skin or honeydew melon :)
