I work at a shop and we have always did our stencils by hand cause our 3M thermofax machines bulb was blown a year or two ago and just they just didn’t get around to ordering a new bulb!! So, i have never used a machine before ,.I’ve got one coming in from world wide tattoo supply tomorrow and i will keep you guys posted to what i think of it .

Do not boil them and do not reuse them!!! You MUST have a autoclave!!!! Use all disposable tubes and needles. You can get them at NeedleSupply.com .You can order them in singles and there is no min. on the orders. I know when i used the autoclave,, (not anymore) i used and ultrasonic cleaner to set my tips in in while i was tattooing with the liner and then when i was finished with my liner i would set it on the machine holder then grabbed the shadder that was sitting in the running ultrasonic. OK, your contact screw should be around between 2 and 3 o’clock ,and contact be around the thickness of a nickle ( give or take),. But also what size coils are you using? And what kind of mags?
