Ok by the sounds of it I will just go with disposable as it will be alot less hassle , when using disposable what’s the best way to clean my machine? Any products you recommend?( for cleaning the machine and disposable products?)

I got the kit on eBay, but I don’t think its a normal eBay kit for a few reasons , this you will see later .
In theory I’m sure that soap you were talking about will do the same job due to its anti bacterial properties. I suppose it’s just trial and error with some things and as long as im doing it on pig skin for now it doesn’t really matter.
