wish I had time to draw 100 things a day. :)
I take at least one new focus a week and go with it to improve. How many I do depends on how much work I need to be happy with one. :)

power supply doesn’t have to match the machine.
On your hildebrant make sure your footswitch is operational. A lot of kits have poorly soldered connections and they can disconnect leaving you stranded. I had it happen on mine as well.
Power goes from the wall, to the power supply, to the footswitch, to the clipcord, to the machine. Start at the…[Read more]

because it isn’t cost effective to manufacture 2 machines…one for indoor and one for out. By making only one you cut costs and increase profits so the outdoor ones have to have brain as well. :)
Still cracks me up when I see it.
(how was that for f’n up a witty observation??)

I agree with kitchen…you are going to see an “oops” on something like this more than you would on a giant dragon or something.

Possibilities include but are not limited to…
Too large a gap on contact screw keeping machine from getting power to the magnets from a stand still. (this would explain why when you flick it, and create momentum they run again)
Voltage too low (not all machines run at specific voltage…just because a book or a forum said 6v you might need…[Read more]

TexasPT replied to the topic Does the green soop pulls out the ink? in the forum Design Ideas / Technique 13 years, 4 months ago
I wipe dry for the most part, and then when I need to really take a look at the tattoo I use soap for the wipe. In 25 years of being tattooed I’ve never heard of green soap pulling ink out.

I fixed what I could…eeyore’s butt was the worst spot for her to kick. PIglet is actually 2 different shades of pink but when the blood came through he kind of…[Read more]
