Thing is that alot of tattoo designs specially flowers and such have to be sort of like that to stand out and not look ‘cartoony’ or how you said..’flat’

Hi Lennart, Yea.. I’m getting my own refill as we speak. Mmmm to tell you the truth I’ve never heard that term as I’ve taught myself since I was young (29 now) to draw. Never been to art school or anything in the likes… I just find it easier to draw objects like these that have cast shadows. :) And thanks for saying it looks nice.

You know.. I was actually gonna ask this aswell.. but what the heck I’ll post it in here. Well I’m in the search for main colors aswell and was going to ask what brands are good. I like how Kuro sumi is as I’ve used that, and like the thickness of it… what other brands are close to that thickness? to ask the local supplier if thay have any..

I really like how those hannya masks look man. I love japanese culture and alot of japanese stuff. :D The women look great aswell :roll: . But yea.. That mask looks killer… Keep up the great artwork and hope you find your kit and get into it .

Well…. Thats a good idea… I’ve also thought about a tribal design…..As I really like tribal work. I think its what I’m most best at, but I should not just stick to one style. :D
